At Heart of Collins, we will continue to dispatch your orders as quickly as possible, often within 1–2 business days. However, delivery times depend on Australia Post, so placing your order early gives you the best chance for pre-Christmas arrival.

• NSW / ACT / VIC / QLD / SA: 23 December 2025

• NT / TAS / WA: 22 December 2025

If you are sending to or from a regional or rural area, please allow additional time.

These regions have much earlier cut-off dates due to air and sea freight schedules. Please refer to the official Australia Post table or contact us directly if you plan to send gifts there.
