Still haven’t received the item despite being posted on 2 December! Understand it is a busy time of the year but the postage delay means I probably would not order again.

Your order was delivered today and, according to Australia Post’s seasonal delivery timeframes, was still within their advised range. That said, we completely understand how the wait can feel long — particularly for deliveries travelling a long distance.
